Dr. Tom Cocklereece serves as pastor of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Marietta, GA. He is a leadership expert and certified coach trainer specializing in developing transformational discipleship ministries for churches. He is a member of the John Maxwell Team as a Coach-Teacher-Speaker. His doctorate focused on church health and doctrinal integrity, developing a tool for measuring the doctrinal health of churches. He is the author of Simple Discipleship published by Church Smart Resources in 2009. Tom's second book is The Disciple-Maker's Toolkit and is published by RENOVA Coaching and Consulting in 2011. Tom works with churches to implement this new paradigm for disciple-making churches. A sought out speaker and leader he is a contributing writer for Linked2Leadership.com.
